The Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP) is a senior strategic advisor to leadership, responsible for driving people strategies that enable business performance, organizational effectiveness, and a strong, inclusive culture. This role operates at a high level of HR partnership, influencing decisions that shape culture, workforce capability, and long-term business outcomes. The Senior HRBP provides advanced expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development, ensuring alignment between business priorities and HR initiatives. While collaborating closely with HR Communities of Expertise (COEs), the Senior HRBP leads complex, cross-functional initiatives and serves as a key voice in shaping organizational transformation. The Senior HRBP will collaborate with and support fellow HRBPs by sharing best practices, offering consultative support, and reinforcing consistent application of HR policies across clinical and non-clinical environments.
 

Schedule:

  • Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
  • Day shift | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Monday - Friday
  • This role is hybrid, occasional on-site presence needed

Pay and Benefits:

  • Pay begins at $94,394.25 annually, exact pay determined by years of experience
    • Pay Range: $94,394.25 - $141,580.42 annually

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Masters degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience as a strategic business partner
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Society for Human Resource Management – Certified (SHRM-CP) or Sr. Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification Upon Hire Strongly Preferred 
  • Healthcare experience in a multi-site integrated organization preferred
