What You Bring to the Table

  • 3 to 5 years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of payroll laws, benefits, and accounting basics.
  • A proactive and independent mindset with an eye for process improvement and best practices.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, payroll systems, QuickBooks, and data accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness to manage confidential employee information.
  • Preferred: Associate’s degree or higher and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification (or open to seek certification).
